CamoKix is an online store selling camo and outdoor-themed wedding rings, men's wedding bands, and women's rings. It aims to show every possible camo and outdoor-themed ring in one place, with educational material on metals and how the rings are made. Its parent company is KIX STORES.

Order status

• Orders are generally processed within one to two business days.
• An order shows as "awaiting fulfillment" while it is being processed or produced. This is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
• Orders ship between 5 days and 3 weeks, depending on manufacturing. Hand-crafted rings need 3 to 5 weeks of production time.
• Estimated ship dates are approximations and can shift by a few business days because of quality inspections.
• A tracking number is emailed as soon as it is available.

Shipping

• Orders ship by UPS. CamoKix reserves the right to use another carrier.
• Free shipping on orders over $99 within the contiguous United States.
• Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and international orders have additional charges calculated at checkout based on location.

Returns

• Stock rings can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom and made-to-order rings are excluded and are non-refundable.
• The ring must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
• A restocking fee of 35% of the original retail price applies.
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the package being received. Banks then take roughly 10 business days.

Size exchanges

• Exchanges are for the same style only. Width and material cannot be changed.
• Switching to a different metal means producing a new ring, with a remake fee of up to 35%.
• Standard processing starts at $67, and takes 2 to 5 weeks depending on the style.
• The customer pays return shipping.
• Size problems must be reported within 30 days, and the ring must show no wear.
• Custom rings cannot be resized. This includes titanium, zirconium, damascus steel, cobalt, and carbon fiber.

Changes and cancellations

• Changes and cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Cancelling within 24 hours is free. After that a 35% restocking fee applies.

Warranty

• Lifetime coverage on the structural integrity of the outer material, with a limited warranty on inlays.
• Covers titanium, cobalt chrome, serinium, zirconium, tungsten carbide, and ceramic against defects.
• Repairs cost 20% of the original retail price.
• Most products also carry a manufacturer warranty, with details in the paperwork included with the ring.

Choosing a metal

• Titanium: lightweight, hypoallergenic, scratch resistant. Needs specialized cutting to remove in an emergency.
• Tungsten carbide: extremely hard and the heaviest option, described as five times harder than tool steel. Cannot be cut off easily.
• Cobalt chrome: very durable and extremely scratch resistant, with a moderate weight.
• Black zirconium: hard and scratch resistant, and allows more creative finishes.
• Serinium: about twice as hard as cobalt chrome and roughly a third lighter than tungsten.
• Black diamond ceramic: aerospace-grade, lightweight, and highly scratch resistant.
• Advice: pick the one or two factors that matter most for the customer's lifestyle, such as weight, hardness, or how the ring would be removed in an emergency.

King's Camo patterns

Six patterns are offered: Woodland Shadow, Mountain Shadow, Desert Shadow, Field Shadow, Snow Shadow, and Pink Shadow.
